Inner Light was inspired by a summer that changed the way I saw myself and the world around me.
Some experiences leave us seeing things differently. We begin to notice parts of ourselves that may have been there all along — our strength, openness, beauty and the person we are becoming.
This painting is about that quiet discovery.
The colours are inspired by the beauty of Portugal — its nature, flowers, greenery and light. But beneath the colours is something more personal: the feeling of discovering a little more light within myself.
Sometimes transformation isn't about becoming someone new. It's about seeing what was already there.
With its warm, organic colours and gentle movement, Inner Light brings a sense of warmth, light and quiet joy to a space, making it especially beautiful in living rooms, bedrooms, entryways or other calm, light-filled interiors
