SHIPPING AND POLICIES



Thank you for choosing to bring a piece of my art into your space. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and our policies to ensure a seamless experience:

ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Your purchased artwork will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

  • In case of any shipping delays due to vacations or unforeseen circumstances, a notice will be prominently displayed on the home page.

SHIPPING WITHIN ESTONIA:

  • Orders within Estonia typically arrive within 7 business days from the date of shipping.

  • For local collectors in Tallinn, Estonia, I offer a convenient studio pickup option. Simply select the local pickup option during checkout. Once your painting is ready, I will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Important update: Shipping to the USA is temporarily unavailable due to postal restrictions. Orders from other countries will be shipped as usual. This page will be updated once USA shipping resumes.

  • International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

  • Shipping fees depend on the value of your order, package dimensions and destination. Fees will be calculated at checkout or provided in your quote.

PACKAGING DETAILS:

  • Paintings on canvas will be securely packaged in cardboard boxes. Due to their texture, they cannot be rolled or sent in tubes.

  • Paintings on paper are protected with cardboard sheets and packaged in bubble envelopes.

  • Prints are carefully packed in cardboard envelopes to prevent bending and slipped into a cellophane sleeve for protection against water damage.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES:

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Please be aware that the seller is not responsible for customs holding times.

  • Important update ( effective August 29, 2025): The United States government has eliminated the $800 duty-free exemption for imports. This means that all shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may now be a subject to customs duties, import taxes or processing fees. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please check with your local customs office or visit the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

REFUNDS:

  • All sales are final. If you require more information or additional photos of the painting, please contact me before making a purchase.
