Order Processing
All artworks are prepared for shipment within 3 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the next working day.
Any unexpected delays (vacations, postal disruptions) will be notified on the homepage.
Packaging & Insured Shipping
Your artwork’s safety is my top priority:
Carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Canvas paintings: packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
Paintings on paper are carefully protected: each piece is placed in a cellophane sleeve and shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope or regular envelope, with additional cardboard sheets for protection depending on the painting’s size
Fully insured shipping .

Shipping Within Estonia
Orders usually arrive within 7 business days.
Studio pickup in Tallinn is available — select this option at checkout.
You will be contacted to arrange a convenient pickup time.
International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks.
Shipping fees depend on order value, dimensions, and destination. These are calculated at checkout.
All shipments are insured.
Customs, Import Duty & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I am not responsible for customs delays.
⚠️ Note: As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, even below $800. Check your local customs office for details.
